How to book

Send an email to enquiry@ski4funtransfers.co.uk or telephone us on 07813 178479 requesting a price.  We will provide a quote, either on the telephone or by email.

Or you can complete the following form:

Make sure you include the following:

• your dates of travel
• airport & destination resort
• the number of people in the group
• the number of children, if any, under 13 years old
• if you are an owner in either Montalbert or Les Arcs
• your telephone number

When you confirm that you would like to go ahead with the booking, we will send you a Booking Confirmation form, which will include some yellow fields showing missing information. 

Payment is in full at the time of booking, therefore we will need to speak to you to get your payment card details or to give you our bank details if you prefer to do a bank transfer.  We will also ask you for the missing information on your Booking Confirmation form at the same time.

Once the payment has been processed, we will send you an invoice confirming payment has been received.

Your booking confirmation is also your "ticket", so please print it out and bring it with you when you travel.

Amendments can be made to the booking, however, depending on what the amendment is, an administration charge may be levied and there may be additional monies to pay.
